Manage all financial activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with relevant regulations. This role supports the financial health of the villa, ensuring cost efficiency and providing strategic financial insights.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
2. Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships to ensure liquidity.
3. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
4. Provide regular financial updates and reports to villa management.
5. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
6. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
7. Assist in the development of long-term financial strategies and goals for the villa.
8. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
9. Collaborate with other departments, including operations and marketing, to support financial decision-making and operational efficiency.
10. Negotiate terms and agreements with suppliers and service providers.

1. Familiarity with property management systems and hospitality software is a plus.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
