Staff Recuiter looking for good quality candidates
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
– Handling end to end recruitment
– Work collaboratively and provide support across the teams by sharing information.
– Engage in data-mining and proactively source for suitable candidates by using job portal and another media.
– Understanding job descriptions and using your creativity to attract the right talent.
– Conduct initial candidate screening and manage the candidate/client interviews including obtaining feedback.
– Managing candidate’s database (input and manage the data).
Keahlian :
– Good computer literacy (MS office/ Word/PowerPoint).
– Good Communication
– Problem Solving
Kualifikasi :
– Have experience in supporting recruitment (open for fresh graduate).
– Must have Business level of English skill.
– Who has strong ownership and boldness to challenge any difficulties.
– Who is honest, and have strong interests to Recruitment field.
– Hold minimum Bachelor’s degree from any fields.
