Managing project-related documents and filling; including vendor/supplier quotations.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1. Assist Site Manager and Project Manager with daily activities on Projects
2. Supervise construction works to ensure that all works are done in accordance with the project’s specifications and drawings
3. Plan and coordinate site activities and able to coordinate with sub-contractors, contractor and workers.
4. Ensuring work carried out is in compliance with Safe Work Procedures
5. Able to make daily report and weekly report related about progress and manpower.
6. Coordinating with Logistic team for planning about tools, equipment and materials on site.
Keahlian :
1. Strong capabilities in computer program such as Ms. Office, AutoCad and SketchUp
2. Independent and daily English communication skill (oral and written)
3. Strong in developer Contractor company
Kualifikasi :
1. Candidates must posses Diploma’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree of Civil Engineering
2. Having experience at least 1,5 years as Site Supervisor in Developer Company or Contractor
