* Capture high-quality video footage of our properties, events, and other real estate activities.
* Take professional-grade photos that highlight the features and appeal of our listings.
* Edit videos and photos to create compelling marketing content.
* Collaborate with the digital team to ensure the visual content aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.
* Maintain and organize video and photo libraries.
* Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques to enhance our visual content.
* Proof and manage the visual content across our social media platforms to ensure consistency and engagement.

* Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
* Excellent photography skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Familiarity with real estate marketing is a plus.

* Experience managing and proofing social media content to ensure high engagement and brand consistency.
* Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
