Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
Manage and maintain listings on various e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Blibli, TikTok Shop).
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Establish and maintain relationships with external marketplace partners.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Products (especially Excel/Google Sheets) for data management and reporting.
Assist in inventory management and order processing using Jubelio and Accurate.
Keahlian :
Less than one year of experience in e-commerce.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Products, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.
Understanding of various e-commerce marketplaces.
Strong interest in and knowledge of toys.
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to operate Jubelio and Accurate
Kualifikasi :
1. D3 education from any major is required, fresh graduates are welcome
2. Have less than a year of experience in the field of e-commerce (shopee, lazada, tokopedia, blibli, tiktokshop)
3. Have the ability to serve customers well.
