E-commerce Supervisor

1. Responsible for store coordination and operation, complete the store’s annual performance indicators, participate in and specify the company’s overall operation plan, regularly update the layout, and promote store marketing activities;
2. Good at creating hot products, proficient in paid promotion tools on Titok and Shopee platforms, large-scale delivery, and familiar with platform gameplay;
3. Responsible for store traffic improvement, conversion rate improvement, event planning and execution, good at using various marketing tools to promote products and increase sales;
4. Familiar with e-commerce business logic and system, and the improvement of pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales systems;
5. Research competitors’ brands and prices and propose countermeasures;
6. Comprehensive expense budget, product input cost budget, and do a good job in cycle business and data analysis;
7. Responsible for department organizational structure setting, optimizing business processes, organizing employee learning and training, and cultivating core echelon talents;

1. Familiar with the operation of major platforms such as Titok and Shopee, and understand the rules, skills, transaction processes and methods and techniques to expand transaction volume;
2. Have excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills, team management skills, and promote execution;

4. More than 3 years of experience in e-commerce operation and operation management in the large furniture and home furnishing industry is preferred, and excellent conditions can be relaxed;
