Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Membuat target penjualan dan strategi pencapaiannya
Membuat Activity Plan bulanan dan tahunan, untuk mencapai target penjualan
Mengarahkan, membantu dan menggerakkan sales sesuai Activity Plan yang telah dibuat, dan disesuaikan dengan segmentasi dan target market
Memonitor aktivitas sales terhadap target penjualan
Membuat laporan dan pertanggung jawaban penjualan

Keahlian :

– Penjualan, Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, Menguasai Microsoft Office
– Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, menguasai bahasa Inggris (oral & written)
– Mampu melakukan negosiasi yang baik dengan pelanggan
– Mampu membuat target dan planning untuk mencapainya
– Mampu membuat laporan secara terstruktur dan terjadwal

Kualifikasi :

– Pendidikan minimal S1
– IPK min 2.75
– Memiliki SIM A
– Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Sales di Industri Cosmetic and Personal Care
– Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik
– Penempatan di Jabodetabek
