Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
– Respond to incoming leads and provide accurate information about our products and services
– Engage with potential customers through chat platforms to understand their needs and provide product information.
– Recommend new products, services, or special offers to existing clients to increase business opportunities
– Manage existing & new customer accounts, build positive relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
– Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Identify opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency
Keahlian :
– Familiarity with chat platforms and CRM software
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Kualifikasi :
– Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
– Proven experience 3 year in Account Manager, Business Development
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
