Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
As a Chef Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our head chef in creating exceptional Middle Eastern dishes. Your responsibilities will include:
– Assisting the head chef in preparing a variety of Middle Eastern dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts
– Preparing ingredients and setting up the kitchen for service
– Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area
– Following recipes and cooking techniques accurately
– Learning about Iranian cuisine and its unique flavors and techniques
– Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation
Keahlian :
Culinary training or experience, such as a certificate program or on-the-job training in a restaurant kitchen
– Basic understanding of Iranian cuisine and a willingness to learn more
– Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
– Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Passion for Middle Eastern cuisine and a desire to contribute to a dynamic culinary environment
Kualifikasi :
1. Previous experience in a restaurant preferred
2. At least diploma degree in kind of field
4. Physical ability to stand for an entire shift and lift 50+ pounds
5. Existing knowledge of food safety procedures preferred
6. Food handler’s license is preferred
7. Minimum 1 year of experience as a chef assistant
