Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
· Recruiting, training and supervising bar staff;
· Preparing high quality drinks;
· Maintaining a high level of bar service;
· Staff trainings;
· Being responsible for health and safety;
· Being responsible for food hygiene practices;
· Ensuring quality and excellent standards are maintained for all beverages created;
· Ensuring the bar meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines;
· Maintaining accounting documentation;
· Organizing and conducting inventory of the bar according to the schedule;
. Communicating with suppliers and ordering products.
Keahlian :
– Ability to using POS
– Ability to using Microsoft and creating a report
– English intermediate;
– Quinos POS system;
– Excellent communication skills;
Kualifikasi :
· Restaurant Bar Manager experience for at least 2 years;
· Bar and cocktail menu experience;
· Premium restaurants experience and knowledge of hospitality and service standards;
· Interpersonal and teamworking skills;
· Management and administration skills;
· At least Diploma degree
