Oversee day-to-day operations of the store
Manage and lead a team of dedicated retail staff
Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
Implement effective merchandising and visual display strategies
Monitor and achieve sales targets
Maintain inventory levels and control shrinkage
Uphold company policies and standards
Make monthly Sales Report
Keahlian :
Fluent in English
Skillful with Excel, Google Sheets & Google Drive
Great communication sStrong leadership and interpersonal skills
Kualifikasi :
Prove experience in retail Management
Having experience working for Jewelry/Retail Store would be a plus
At least Diploma degree
