Junior Technical Consultant

Junior Technical Consultant of VAPRO contributes to our goals in supporting companies to improve the sustainability and efficiency by implementing activities related to human resource development, technology and organization. He/she also must contributes to our second goal in initial training for youngsters in technical (secondary and higher) vocational schools by developing and implementing job competences profiles, qualification structures, curricula, learning resources, time tables, and exams.

As a junior technical consultant, you will work together with Indonesian and Dutch senior consultants to:
 contribute to the HR development and training programs in the companies
 contribute in developing learning materials and assessment tools
 contribute to train the trainer programs in companies and schools
 compare curricula of middle and higher vocational schools with Dutch curricula
 assist in the business development and sales for the products and services of VAPRO

Microsoft Office, Communication Skills, English Language

 Minimum graduated as a Bachelor (S1) in Chemical Engineering.
